El Camino Health and Wellness Center

El Camino is a Bi-lingual mental health practice in Garland Texas. El Camino is operated by board approved Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) and Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) who specialize in providing holistic, trauma informed care to children, adolescents, parents, and families. Therapeutic services provided include play therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, parenting classes, and process groups for all ages. El Camino clinicians provide support to families through consultation with additional medical care providers and school personnel to provide holistic and intentional care. El Camino provides tele-health services and in-person services. In addition to clinical services, El Camino is a training site for students working toward completing their master’s degree in Counseling. Practicum students working with El Camino are supervised by their Graduate School and El Camino staff during their internship experience. El Camino was founded in 2020 by Norma Hernandez, LPC.
